It is a great pleasure for me to visit Africa again to attend the event
of Experience China in South Africa. This event is of great importance in
pushing forward China-South Africa cultural exchanges and cooperation,
deepening our communication and mutual understanding, strengthening the
basis of China-Africa strategic partnership and building up a mutually
beneficial relationship.

The Chinese culture has a rich history while China-Africa friendship
enjoys a solid foundation. Harmonious diversity is one of the most
essential ideas in the Chinese traditional culture. It demands that China
stick to the policy of peaceful development. China's peaceful development
is in accordance with the Chinese peace-loving culture, in the
fundamental interest of the Chinese people and the people of the world,
and goes along with the trend of human civilization. China is endeavoring
to build its own country a harmonious society. She is also dedicated to
working together with the rest of the world to build a harmonious world.
China's peaceful development will surely bring more business
opportunities and benefits to African countries and the whole world.

African countries are the most trusted friends of China. It is our
resolute foreign policy to develop the friendly cooperative partnership
with African countries. We will stick to the principle of strengthening
our traditional friendship, promoting mutual assistance and benefits and
deepening cooperation to push forward common prosperity of China and
African countries. It is my belief that the development of China-Africa
friendly relationship is sure to bring happiness to our peoples.
